How to make the order in the web site?
You can browse our products by clicking the “Shop” icon, and press “Add to Cart” for purchasing the products. The selected products will be shown on the left hand side under the “Cart”. After finishing shopping, you can click “Checkout” and fill in the customers’ information for order confirmation, and finally click the “Place Order” icon to make the order.    We will confirm the order and the delivery arrangement by phone within three working days.
How do I find the promotion items?
You can visit the “Monthly Specials” section on the top navigation menu. All products listed there are on promotion.
How is total purchase amount calculated when I order items by weight
Total purchase amount is provisional, and should be taken as reference only. For prices that are determined by the weight of products, we will confirm the actual cost to you by phone, The actual cost of your order will be charged and will be shown on your receipt when your order is delivered. We will try our best to give you the exact weight that you order, but the ultimate weight may be slightly lower or higher.
Is there any discount?
VIP customers can get a 5% discount for all regular-priced items. If you have the VIP card, you can input the VIP card number in the coupon column upon checkout.
How can I get the VIP card?
You can get the VIP card by accumulating purchasing for $3,000 or above. You can apply the VIP card in person by presenting the receipts at our shop at Central.
What is the payment method?
You need to pay by cash upon products delivery.
Is there any delivery charge?
Free delivery will be arranged for order valued $800 or above. $50 will be charged for order valued less than $800 (However, $100 will be charged for delivery to outlying islands or Discovery Bay).
What is the delivery schedule?
Normally, products will be delivered to the designated address within three working days. We will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule upon order confirmation.
How can I know if my order is processing?
After you placed the order, you will receive a confirmation call from us to confirm the products details, order amount, and delivery schedule.
What if there are mistakes in my order?
If there are any discrepancies in the order, you must contact us via telephone at 2796 1088 or by email to info@delicieuxfood.com within 24 hours of order deliver. We will replace or refund products if the wrong product was picked or if a product was not included in your original order.
